Paint Correction - 75%-85%

Level 2 paint correction is designed for cars with ‘medium’ paint defects which consist of swirls, minor depth scratches, water marks, etching/holograms and bird dropping stains. This level consists of 2 stages, firstly an aggressive cut to remove a fine layer of clear coat, then a  gentle refining stage to bring out an incredible gloss.

Exterior

20 stage cleaning process including:

• 2 stage bucket and grit guard wash using PH neutral shampoo and lambswool wash mitts.

• Vehicle sprayed with a controlled PH neutral fall out remover to remove embedded metallic particles.

• Wheels cleaned with a non-acidic citrus based cleaner with hog hair brushes and sealed

• Door shuts, panel gaps, petrol cap and arches cleaned

• Paintwork treated with clay bar to remove bonded surface contaminants

• Body solvent is applied to dissolve and remove tar, road grime, honey dew and bug splatter deposits and other petroleum based substances

• Tyres cleaned and dressed with long lasting tyre gel

• Exterior plastics and door trims dressed

• Exterior glass cleaned

• Stainless steel and chrome cleaned and polished

Cleansing/Paint Correction/Protection

• The vehicle is cleaned with panel wipe ensuring the correct contaminate free state needed for machine polishing

• Paint depth measurements taken to ensure correct technique and compound are used during correction process

• First stage of machine correction completed using dual action microfiber process

• Minor depth scratches removed using a rotary machine

• Second stage of machine refinement completed to bring out a deep gloss and wet look.

• The vehicle is treated with a cleansing lotion to help the bonding of the sealant

• Sealant and multiple layers of high grade wax is applied to paintwork including door shuts offering durable protection and gloss.

Interior

• Interior cleaned and vacuumed

• Interior plastics dressed

• Interior glass cleaned

Final inspection using 3 different light sources to ensure the finish is to our exceptional standards.
